Hellebuyck chased after allowing 5 goals in Game 4

The Winnipeg Jets pulled Connor Hellebuyck after the netminder allowed five goals on 18 shots in Game 4 against the St. Louis Blues on Sunday.

Backup Eric Comrie entered the game in his place with the Jets trailing 5-1.

Robert Thomas notched the goal to chase Hellebuyck early in the third period. It was St. Louis' fifth unsanwered tally.

Hellebuyck's save percentage in the series is now down to .817. Only Edmonton Oilers goalie Stuart Skinner owns a worse mark so far this postseason.

This marks the third consecutive tough start to a postseason for Hellebuyck. He registered an .875 save percentage in the past two playoffs, both of which ended with the Jets losing in five games in Round 1.

Hellebuyck is widely expected to win his second consecutive and third career Vezina Trophy after pacing all NHL goalies in wins (47), goals-against average (2.00), shutouts (eight), and goals saved above expected (49.48, per Evolving-Hockey) during the regular season. He also finished second in save percentage (.925).
