Oilers hold off Stars to move within 1 win of returning to Cup Final

The Edmonton Oilers knocked off the Dallas Stars 4-1 in Tuesday's Game 4 to take a 3-1 series lead and move one win away from returning to the Stanley Cup Final.

The Oilers lost in the Cup Final against the Florida Panthers in seven games last year. The Panthers currently hold a 3-1 series lead over the Carolina Hurricanes in the Eastern Conference Final.

Leon Draisaitl, Corey Perry, Kasperi Kapanen, and Adam Henrique scored for the Oilers, while Jason Robertson netted the Stars' lone goal.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins tallied a pair of assists to become the first player in 35 years to open a conference finals with four multi-point games. Cam Neely and Craig Janney did so in 1990 with the Boston Bruins.

Game 5 goes Thursday in Dallas.
